do folks type things like `NS_DESIGNATED_INITIALIZER` by holding shift, or using caps? (fwiw, I hold shift)

@orta that’s been the biggest issue I’ve seen, and that sets a culture from early on. once that’s set, it’s hard to shift. frustrating.
@orta some companies are just bad at async too. when (senior) people say “I don’t look at Slack - you need to phone me if you need meâ€, etc
