@Djelibeybi yeah I’m still happy with 100mbps. but I couldn’t imagine being on much less. will likely step to 2-400mbps next year
@Djelibeybi guess you didn’t expect to still be one of the very few with 100mbps nearly a decade on..?
@Djelibeybi oh wow, that’s pretty cool really :)
@Djelibeybi how’d you even get that anyway? have to pay for it? or got lucky w/ timing pre-coalition?
@Djelibeybi move closer to…Singapore, maybe?
@Djelibeybi I’d take it. Mum’s place still gets ~3mbit ADSL on a good day. sadness :(
@Djelibeybi hehe, 10mb/s sounds like torture :P every time I think about maybe moving back one day, I realise I’ll need a lot of NBNs
@averrer not citizenship, just permanent residency. .de doesn’t (really) allow dual citizenship, and I’m not giving up .au any time soon
@averrer not quite an answer, but, for permanent residency in Germany, they count how many months you’ve paid into the social pension fund
@ericaavey I still haven’t :(
@colincornaby played a lot yesterday. trying today, and it’s either beachballing or just straight crashing within 5mins :(
@BrittA2211 yes you do
