@id there's usually always a way though. I'd say 98 times out of 100 I'd lock that way in Amsterdam. never had an issue (on a p.nice bike)
@id it's hard to find free spots in Amsterdam to do it though. that was my issue most of the time. usually find sum'n eventually though
